My now page. A running snapshot of what matters to me right now.

Last Updated: April 2026

I'm Monica Lim. I run special projects for people you've definitely heard of.

Right now, I'm working with Andrew Wilkinson on the Never Enough ecosystem, producing the podcast, live events, and book promotion.

I specialize in turning clear ideas into real outcomes. I run lean teams, move fast, and execute one-off projects and repeatable formats like conferences, offsites, fashion shows, newsletters, and websites.

Recently

Here's what I've been up to recently:

  • Produced and supported fashion shows and private events for Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Fendi, and Christian Dior
  • Led product and brand launches including Fenty Beauty Korea, Apple TV Korea, and Notion Korea
  • Produced Never Enough, now an instant national bestseller
  • Delivered international projects across Seoul, Mexico City, and the U.S.
  • Co-produced the IP (Interesting People) conference series with Andrew Wilkinson, bringing together founders for real conversation with zero PowerPoints

I also recently looked back on five years of luxury events. Covid cancellations, comebacks, cross-continental moves. The exhaustion fades, but the energy and people stay.

Writing

I just published a piece on why irregular verbs are killing your English in high-stakes moments. Working across Korea and the U.S. for years, I keep hearing the same small mistakes ("I didn't knowed that," "I have never think about it") and they sound careless when the room actually matters. The fix takes about an hour of practice.

How I work

People bring me in when execution matters.

I take rough ideas, build structure, and get things across the finish line, especially when timelines are tight, teams are small, and the stakes are high.

This is my personal site. You can click around to see what I'm working on and how I think.

The End.
